醉女駕賓士　邊開邊脫衣

【綜合報導】台中市一名女子（39歲，誣告、毀損前科）因婚姻觸礁喝得爛醉駕賓士外出，邊開車邊脫衣服，最後在路中央停車昏睡，警方到場，驚見女子半裸趴在駕駛座上，她到警局又脫衣、打傷警員、飆髒話，還想咬舌自盡，最後被強行上銬。

警方表示女子酒測值高達1.04毫克，訊後依公共危險、妨害公務罪嫌移送法辦。而律師林銘龍說，劉女只是「半露酥胸」、又是在車內，所以並無觸法；但若她露乳駕駛，雖然在車內，也有可能讓路過的不特定人士看見，則可能觸犯《社會秩序維護法》，得處6千元以下罰鍰。
