老師強暴女學生只判30天 蒙州法官挨轟

蒙大拿州一名地方法官日前把一名被控強暴14歲女學生的前教師，輕判入監服刑30天，引發許多民眾抗議。被害者權益人士將發動連署請願，要求該法官辭職，並呼籲當局展開調查。

蒙州畢林斯高中54歲前教師拉姆波德 (Stacey Rambold)，自2007年開始與14歲學生謝芮塞‧莫拉雷茲 (Cherice Moralez)發生多次性關係，由於州法規定16歲以下兒童不得同意性交，因此他在2008年10月被當局控以三項未經同意性交罪。謝芮塞在該案送進刑事法院審理後，於2010年16歲時自殺。

拉姆波德先前曾與當局協議，若他完成性犯罪者治療課程，可獲得緩起訴強暴重罪。不過，波拉姆德因與未成年女子見面，以及又一名女子發生性關係，而在去年11月被終止該課程，檢察官隨即在12月重新起訴。

被告律師蘭辛 (Jay Lansing)表示，拉姆波德是以其他不同課程繼續接受治療，並已由評估證明再犯的風險很低。
